    This webpage was inspired by the Greater Good Magazine’s Keys to Well-Being. Greater Good identifies these keys as “behaviors that research suggests will support your health and happiness, and foster positive connections with other people.” Thank you to Greater Good for the inspiration.

    This webpage draws upon a curated selection of Greater Good’s articles, our own articles and articles from other sources (including Psychology Today, Everyday Health, Mental Health America, Help Guide, Healthline and Sandford Medicine).     The ideas to promote well-being we present on this webpage are not exactly the same as the 10 keys on Greater Good’s list, but they are based similarly on behaviors that appear to support self-care, health and happiness.
